退款政策

All Tea-7th products purchased cannot be returned or exchanged. Exceptions for exchange will be allowed for defective products only.

In the event of a defective product, we will ask that you return the goods to us in original condition and packaging within 30 days of receipt. If the goods are incorrect, incomplete or damaged, we will provide an exchange or a full refund of the item’s cost, excluding delivery costs.
